  : Dangerous location and the the first room we were given was not cleaned, as in no maid service had been done. They apologized after making it seem as if in the 15 seconds I was in the room I had messed up the beds just to mess with them, I then pointed out the pizza box and soda cans. They moved us to another room and we were met by our neighbors which was a group of gangster wannabe’s smoking pot as if it was cigarettes, being loud and obnoxious and couldn’t stop staring and making rude comments. I went back to the front desk and informed them, they said there was nothing they could do because I booked with Booking.com. I left and went back to the room and tried to reach out to Booking.com, before I even found a number the manager I had just spoken to knocked on the door and said, “well are you leaving, I have someone that needs the room.” I said I thought you couldn’t give me a refund, are you going to rent the same room twice? He stated “I don’t have to talk to you, just leave, I need the room. Twilight Zone! I left and went to Super 8 which was nice and quiet and very clean. I have yet to hear anything back from Booking.com

  : When we checked in we were given a room in the very back, around a corner, in the very dark. Even though there were many rooms available in the front (we could tell because we checked in very late and there were only 3 other cars in the parking lot). We did not feel safe at all in the very back. There were chairs outside the rooms in the very back and people were sitting in them. No way were we getting out of the car. I went to the front desk and told the girl we did not feel safe where she put us. I either wanted a refund or a room next to the office. After a few back and forths, she put us in a room in the front. I would have preferred a refund as the pictures on the website does match what is there. The room was cleaned, very old and outdated. There was no hairdryer in the bathroom. And we paid entirely too much to be a little closer to our location. We should have kept our reservation further down the road and paid less at a hotel, not a motel. There was a reason there were vacancies!
